The ‘Stoney Man’ by Patrick Comeford

Although not in Cappagh parish but up the dark avenue in Blossomhill, Rathkeale, the ‘Stoney man’ is an iconic figure in local mythology. The following is an account of it by local rector and historian Patrick Comeford.
